CLASSIC PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

To Foresight, private portfolio account management or investment counsel is an extension of security analysis. Our investment perspective was developed before modern portfolio theory (MPT), capital asset pricing models, ERISA, the prudent investor rule, dynamic asset allocation , behavioral finance and other engineering models. What this means is that your portfolio will be privately managed by a portfolio counselor/security analyst who maintains a long term perspective. Our objective is to create a portfolio exclusive to each of our clients and their objective.

The pool of money, liquid assets (securities), or mutual funds to be managed is placed in a bank or brokerage custodial investment account with investment trading powers.

Our policy is to make investment recommendations for each client in a timely manner. At Foresight, we use a bottom-up approach in our securities selection based upon fundamental security analysis. We like to control the risk in our concentrated growth portfolios as a fiduciary when ever possible with balanced judgment.

Our fiduciary asset management approach provides unbiased advice and is based in economics allocating funds between Cash, money market funds, individual common stocks,  and uncovered individual bonds, depending upon the market cycle.

We employ concentrated  portfolio positions (up to 30+ equity securities), focusing on limited sectors that fit our common stock profile. We use the Dow-Jones 30 Industrials as our performance benchmark.

Only physical metals ETFs are recommended from time to time. Cash reserves or money market funds for equities and bonds are recommended on a timely basis.

Our objective is to manage money in all types of markets to provide consistent performance over the various market cycles. We invest as if it is our own money.

Within our fiduciary management approach, we use a Unique "Buy/Hold/Sell" Strategy for each security. We utilize a block trading system when appropriate for online accounts.

Our service provides client contracts, quarterly scheduled meetings, asset statements, fee letters, Code of Ethics, and Financial Briefs for most managed accounts. Our Financial Briefs may include changes in our current strategic thinking for our long term relationships.
