CREDENTIALS

James H. Bartolero, CFA  is registered as an Investment Adviser (under the Investment Advisors Supervision Coordination Act of 1996), with the State of California and is the owner of Foresight Investment Counsel. He is a former San Francisco-based Bank of America investment officer and recognized by the courts as an expert witness in fiduciary matters. Mr. Bartolero has achieved consistent, above-average portfolio performance returns for over 30 years. 

Mr. Bartolero started his career in 1964 for the sole purpose of providing personalized investment management and achieving three basis goals for his private clients:

* Creation of wealth.
* Preservation of capital with secure income.
* Peace of mind.

Foresight Investment Counsel is devoted entirely to achieving the objectives set by the client. Investment recommendations are based on ensuring that our clients achieve their objectives. In addition, Foresight Investment Counsel does offer discretionary management services as a sub-advisor or third party advisor to individual registered investment advisors and banks.

Our independent trust investment management services and investment counsel are designed for each account, which may require an investment policy statement attachment by the grantor . Hourly services are available for portfolio appraisals and court appearances.
